Cancellation Policy

Boat Rental Agreement /Requirements I, the pleasure craft operator, am aware the boat is not equipped with lights and therefore must be returned before or at 7 p.m. I am aware that NO REFUND will be issued in any case . I am aware that I am 19 years or above to rent or operate Pontoon/Boat and have a valid boat license. l, the pleasure craft operator, am aware the boat is for use between Lock 18 & 17 only and must remain in the water. I, the pleasure craft operator, acknowledge this equipment list: Life Jackets, Anchor, Oars, Bailer and Emergency kit (flashlight, whistle, and floating lifeline) on board. l, the pleasure craft operator, understand that I am responsible for any DAMAGE/LOSS to the boat and/or motor while in my possession. Furthermore, I understand that will be charged and I agree to pay the applicable fee for said damage as follows: Damage to propeller – Propeller damaged: $150.00 for Boat $500 for Pontoon Lost or Stolen Anchor: $80.00 Damage to skeg : $125.00 for Boat and $1000 for Pontoon. Damage to boat & to the seats; to be determined by repair shop. Prop / skeg /shaft damage will be determined by photograph or initiated diagram taken at the time of rental.
