Trent River Cottages is located directly on the Trent River, just outside the Village of Hastings at Lock 18.  Only a 90 minute drive from Toronto you will find peace, tranquility and some great fishing!  Here at Trent River Cottages we understand our customers are looking for that perfect vacation filled with rest and relaxation.  It is our goal to provide you with a sense of freedom from the everyday pressures,

Relax in one of our fully equipped 2 or 3 bedroom cottages. Fish from the dock or rent a boat to take you further. Enjoy a BBQ or Fish Fry at the end of the day, then settle in front of a campfire and talk about how you never want to go home. There’s no stress here! So kick back and relax, because this is where you want to be!

Just spent a week at the cottages and already booked for next year. I haven’t rented a cottage in over 10 yrs as bad experience in past. I was so happy and surprised that the cottage was clean and the place was exactly how they said it would be. This friendly, amazing couple takes pride in their place and it is clear to see. They were always busy making sure the places looked great and if we needed anything they were always available. Can’t say enough great things about this place. This was our first time at Trent River Cottages. And we will back again next year. Owners are so friendly. Cottage was roomy and best of all we have so much to do outside and that’s the best part of summer vacation. We boated, fished, kayaked, swam and swam, paddle boated. We just got back from Trent River Cottages , unfortunately for us we only had one night to stay there . We really enjoyed our time there , the cottage was clean and cozy and the owners were so friendly and accommodating. The fishing was good .
